I would suggest trying a small pack of the product before spending more than need. It can cause a little discomfort with more tingling than with out due to the nerve damage. Other than that they were great do not stink depending on the persons urine sent.

They were able to hold quite a bit of liquid as well as some solid if cleaned up right away. It also managed to keep the odors in so there was so odd smells when full.

We have tried multiple brands for him, including the big box store varieties. The Depend brand fits him better than the other brands and also seems to be more comfortable for him. Depend also absorb a lot more than the cheaper brands. We never have to worry about leaks. Depend seem to be a bit pricier, but you definitely get what you pay for! Overall, I am very happy with the product.

I was sick and tired of going out and have Extremely Loose Bowels just pouring out of me without me even noticing until after the accidents happend's. So I finally relized that I do have a problem that can not prevent from happening, that's why I also carry a few with me whenever I go out. I've tried the version that "The Great Canadian Superstore", "Your Independant Grocers", and any Grocery Stores that " LOBLAWS " Owns. I would give there version ( Average for Discreet Fit ). I feel more secure knowing that I don't need to WORRY about any major messes anymore. It's no fun at all having "Irretable Bowel Syndrome" also known as "I.B.S." . He complains about these briefs being a little on the warm side, but other than that, he seems pretty comfortable and confident wearing them. You would not know he was wearing anything but his normal briefs under his shorts, sweat pants, or jeans by looking at him. Heck, he has briefs that color, so even when he is wearing them around the house in the evening with nothing else on, I don't even notice the difference.
