I have tried both sizes of Depends, and find that the S/M works best for me (40 inch waist) but they would feel perfect if they had slightly more rise, especially in back. I realize that you most likely have tested this issue up and down and sideways, but I'm sure there are other guys out there who have the same problem.

The flex-fit is the most comfortable that I have found. It is easy to put on and stays in place. Flex-fit feels like a piece of regular clothing and extremely so light-weight, it is not cumbersome and bulky like the others that I have tried. I am so glad you sent me the sample to try. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the package I liked the look and then later liked the feel of them as well but when I started my walking I need to do, I found them very lacking in the ability to stay up. I had to stop every 10 to 15 feet to pull them up and they would never stay that way for long. Need something to make sure they stay put and not have to keep pulling them up all along the way. For this reason I would not recommend this brand
