I received the large size and initially thought they'd be swimming on me, but they fit comfortably AND stayed put whether during a day around the house or while taking a moderately-paced 45-minute walk. The outer material is a soft "plastic", but doesn't make crinkly noises while walking. It's like wearing regular underwear and the fit is quite smooth even under Lycra workout pants. The pants sit comfortably above my hips, with no roll-down from my little potbelly! The padding coverage is more than adequate, and any leaks seem to be quickly absorbed and wicked away from the body - so, no irritation! A *huge* plus for me is that this product is unscented. So many pads are scented which I'm sensitive to, even if it's very light. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I experienced slight skin irritation from one of the pants openings while exercising. Not horrible, and I might try wearing looser workout pants next time.

They do a good job; however, overnight can be a challenge at times. Another operation is due in Jan. 2017 which I hope will result in you losing a customer. The quality of your product has changed big time. I have been wearing these for years now they are not as absorbent; they leak around the legs and the front lining comes apart. Please go back to the ones with the thicker liner and no leak around legs. These.are terrible!!!

Yes, it was a comfortable and well fitting underwear. I go out a few times a month to do shopping, I am on the streets taking busses and crossing streets as I go about my errands. Sometimes rest rooms are not available at the right time to me, this is a product to relieve my concerns of any leaks I may experience during these hurried shopping trips for me.
