They are sufficient for leaks, but not sufficient for more serious leaks. I would note that they are great at odor reduction, so that benefit is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent the wrong sample. I was supposed to reveive an overnight sample, but I received the Flex Fit Sample. The Flex Fit did not fit at all! Very small and tight. When I tried to put the first one on, it tore in half before I even got it on. I got the second sample on, but it was so tight and uncomfortable, I had to take it off and threw it away. I ordered the same size (XL) that I wear in my other brand, but Depends just did not fit. I am just going to stay with the brand I currently use.

The Mens Underwear are great for those times when you expect to be away from change facilities or might be doing something rigorous. I used them on a hike recently and they provided excellent protection. The protector fits snugly so to urinate is a bit of a struggle. They're affordable in some places more than others. They're comfortable and are just like wearing underwear. They need to be changed regularly to keep your skin dry, but they will hold a good amount of liquid until you can change them. The underwear is good at keeping odor down with a gel the liquid will turn into to help keep urine away from the sides. They have many different sizes for all body types. It absorbs 25 times its weight it says on the packaging. I had no problem with them. They're good protection for incontinence.

This product seems well made and is a comfortable fit. I was worried they would feel scratchy but they are in fact more comfortable than I thought. It’s also not noticeable under clothing which I was also worried about. They are affordable, comfortable and absorbent so because of that I would say these would be a good buy!
