My son is mentally and physically handicapped and a very big man. Try expanding your line to include bigger sizes. I love the way these look more like underwear.

They were not too loose nor snug. They fit just right on me. I tend to have an issue with them being sturdy and strong when I pull them over my thighs. I had a piece of mind knowing if I had an accident that it was absorbed and soaked up, saving me from embarrassment. I really did not notice the odor control because I was more impressed with the fit.

The absorbent core generally performs well for light to moderate leaks, though heavy incontinence may require frequent changes. Odor control is adequate, but not always complete. Discreetness depends on clothing choices. While providing essential support for many, improvements in thinness, consistent sizing, and enhanced odor control would elevate the product's overall quality.

The peach Flex-Fit worked great. The "New Improved" tan ones irritate my skin, don't fit as well, and the sides tear apart, leaving me without underwear in the middle of the day, at the office! The Flex-Fit wasn't broken--it didn't need to be fixed! I'm so disappointed and will need to find another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great adult undergarments, my daughter has had issues with nighttime wetting and these are just perfect for her, she said they are comfortable and kinda cute but not if all they keep her dry on nights she just can't make it to the bathroom, they fit her well and yes they ain't ugly either but anything to help her feel confident in her issue is a win win for me, u would definitely recommend these to anyone who has incontinence issue or for at night so you can get a better nights sleep

When these underwear get wet they fall apart. The whole middle section detaches and they are pointless at that point. I would recommend the Wlamart brand that are cheaper and better. With the wal mart brand 2XL is very big so XL is better. The color of these underwear are pale pink, that is not nice. They are soft, but if you want soft I would go with Always 2XL. they are extremely soft and don't fall apart. I would never buy these again. I also love the CVS brand.

Fit comfortably, they had great absorbancy and maximum odor control, plus they were surprisingly durable. A must-have for said occasion.
