The leg is not too snug giving a comfortable fit. And durable enough for tossing and turning. It does smell in the trash can so suggest tying it up in a baggie before placing in trash to reduce odors.

I will say they can sometimes feel tight between the tights as I don't like this underwear design. But for a travel emergency it's tolerable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product as I am on the road traveling a lot in a rural area for my job and can't always find an appropriate place to stop. I did not feel comfortable with the way the top of the product is made as it seemed to slip down after a while because of little elastic. I am going to try the briefs to see if that will fit my needs and comfort better and then decide which product to buy. I like the concept just need to figure which one is better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend Underwear Maximim Absorbency underwear was comfortable, fit well under my scrubs and gave me reassurance that I had protection from urinary leakage while at work. It is difficult to get a restroom break while working ICU. I work 12 hour shifts, throughout the 12 hours the underwear created no chafing or skin irritation. Sometimes while lifting a patient I may experience urinary leakage and this underwear worked extremely well wicking moisture from my body. I will purchase this product in the future. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] first off the packaging is poorly designed, more to the point the labeling didn't provide a clearly marked opening . the size was wrong XXL was not the same as other brands I have used. they were also not very absorbent, the pad was very thin, there was zero odor control. except for being to small the fabric was comfortable. just not an XXL in size .

I am a short fat man with a 54"waist. Even though your supposed XL fits up to a waist size 60, I feel they a very tight and keep slipping down to my knees. So imagine, I have to have a pair of suspenders to hold up my underwear as well as a pair to hold up my pants. And then when I sit down, it's another sorry sight and feeling! Don't you have a 2XL or larger for us really rotund guys!

I have these to my grandpa and he said they were very comfortable. He uses them as an overnight pad and expressed the waist band being comfortable and not irritating as others. It works great to keep in odor and absorbency. Only down side was they were a tad bit too big for him but overall great product!
