I have tried alot of products like this but these were by far the best quality and very comfortable as well. Depends flex underwear molds to the body better than any I have tried for my husband since he suffered a brain hemorrhage 4 1/2 years ago. They are the only ones that mold to the body for a more natural feel, therefore no leakage or sagging. I don't understand why other brands have the high leg cut, that causes leaks and does not stay with the body as it moves. I have received other brands free from the Hospice service my husband has, and I have returned them. The Depends absorption is excellent, no ballooning and the skin is protected from the moisture. The only issue I have with the underwear is the padding does not go up high enough in the back. The front padding is higher than required, the back needs to be higher. I even tried putting them on backwards, but they are not comfortable that way. When a person is not walking around and in sitting/laying position most of the time, the lower back padding leaks. To me this adjustment would make them perfect. He wears a small/medium size.

Overall great product - kept him dry, no odors, and easy to clean up and throw away.

I would love to find super absorbency overnight that would keep a bed dry, but the look of the Depends Underwear For Men is a welcome change from typical geriatric looking briefs. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks. They are easy to pull on and off as well.

Minutes can turn into hours and when you gotta go you gotta go. We cannot leave the area or leave the traps unattented. This usually would mean running into the woods, but what to do if you are in a highly populated area? Depends solved the answer for me. They really do hold a lot and there is no leakage. I love them.
