[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Husband has Alzhiemers and has been using Depends guards since 2004 after prostate surgery. He has been using flex fit for 3 years. He is now incontinent almost all the time. I have to use a guard inside the flex fit at night as they will leak. If you had a night time under garment that was thicker that would be a great help. It would help if you had a box with 50 or more in a box. I use about 6 pull ups per day.

I recommend using this product when prepping for a colonoscopy procedure and/or when you're going through a bout of having the "runs" and you just can not get to the bathroom fast enough. Comfort is my number one priority and in the size I got, they were too small around the leg and to low on the tummy area. They do not pull up high enough to not pull on the leg part and rip. The width of the belly was ok and stretched to fit, but the panty liner area really cut into my leg and I could not wear these very long. Room for improvement, I guess!
