[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of this product as I am on the road traveling a lot in a rural area for my job and can't always find an appropriate place to stop. I did not feel comfortable with the way the top of the product is made as it seemed to slip down after a while because of little elastic. I am going to try the briefs to see if that will fit my needs and comfort better and then decide which product to buy. I like the concept just need to figure which one is better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some pads have deodorizers added or something and cause severe itch.. little welts to appear and burst and liquid to seep out, infecting more skin area.. not fun.. itchy, painful.. so was afraid to try diapers.. Don't have to put in a cut out of old cotton sheet tween me and diaper for protection. These are comfortable, have total confidence and am working in public for 1st time in over 5 years... life is good again and can see, hope, plan on future.

The underwear are comfortable and not visible through my clothing while offering leak proof protection, no odors and breathable like regular underwear. The underwear are easy to put on and have a light flexible waistband that fits snug on your body but also stretches if needed. The underwear also have a square on the back of them to assist with how you should wear them. I wear the underwear throughout the day and during the night, I am comfortable knowing that I have complete protection to keep me dry, overall I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to family and friends.

I use to love and trust this product. Company has changed to product to similar to wearing a plastic bag from grocery store. In addition now the cotton globs, clumps, rolls up in balls, and starts falling out as you wear it. And I don't know what materials they have changed to with the switch from feeling like material to wearing plastic bags but I have sores breaking out on buttocks, severe itching all over anywhere the product is touching my body. VERY SEVERE ITCHING. There has to be bad chemicals or something. The packaging says great changes made to product including the cotton absorbency and the panty. What every they have done is a chemical nightmare and product failure. I am having to seek medical treatment. Don't buy the new improved panties that look and feel like plastic grocery store bags. We could use those and put towels in them duh!!!!
