My only suggestion would be to increase its capacity; while it functions well with an insert, I believe additional space could eliminate the need for extra protection.

A family member of mine deals with urinary incontinence, and it can be very tough to find a product that actually works but also is discreet enough to not show through clothing and to hide the scent of urine. The overall fit is very comfortable and feels underwear-like. The stretch allows for a good fit that feels secure to the body. The incontinence portion of the underwear is large enough to hold a lot and catch leaks, as it holds 25x its weight! Which is amazing for how discreet and unnoticeable they are under clothing. My family member is concerned with those around him noticing the scent of urine, but we both agree that there is no urine scent when this product is used. Overall these incontinence underwear from Depends are wonderful and do everything they claim, which for someone dealing with urinary incontinence, this is a life saver! I’d definitely recommend this product for anyone struggling with urinary incontinence!

I was very disappointed when my husband became incontinent because of Huntingtons Disease and I tried Depend underwear. Every time he has worn them he not only soaks the Depends but his outer clothing. I put a pair of underwear over the Depends and then his shorts/pants and he wets through everything. I tried a larger size to see if that would hold it in but that also failed. I was wondering if you would have a plastic pant that could be worn over the Depend underwear that would ASSURE us that he would not wet through? I cannot "Depend" on your product to keep him dry so why even put the diaper on????

They are good for bladder leakage but not good for bowel leakage.If they were leak proof in the back to the waist they would be a five. They are comfortable and work well in the daytime. For bladder leakage. But at night, they will leak for the same reason padding to short in the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never personally tried any inconsistency products before but this is truly a game changer, no more accidents. While I do enjoy the product itself there is a few small flaws that could use improvement, let’s get into the good stuff first!!! The fit is exactly what you’d expect, along with the comfort they give, it’s honestly like wearing underwear!!! Color is good & blends easy with clothing, the underwear isn’t too bulky. I would say the absorbency is quite good but could use some improvement or adjustments to leak control to avoid leakage(mainly seems to be on the inner sides & the back a bit but nothing that would stop me from using them. I’d say they are pretty good at blocking odor, couldn’t smell anything personally
