I had a little uncomfortable fit issues with the S/M so I switched to the L/XL, They fit much better and even though they were larger I did not have any leakage issues. I have tried other lesser brands and even though they might fit as well they do not provide the same level of protection or comfort.

When worn they feel just like underwear, with just a little bit of "diaper butt". They control odor for the most part and keep bodily fluids in well so that there is no leakage onto the pants.

I take care of my elderly mother and work a full time job. Its hard for me to get to the store so I order these for her online. They come in a timely fashion and I believe the cost is under what they sell for in the store. There are opportunities for free shipping sometimes. But when there isnt, it is still a huge help to have them delievered to the house. Depends are better than any other adult care we have tried.
