The underwear are more form fitting than other brands and actually do "flex" with my movements. I was pleased that these underwear are more like underwear and less like an adult diaper. They aren't bulky and bulgy, yet provide a great amount of absorbency. My only concern, and this is a concern for all adult underwear/diaper products, is that they do not fully take care of all urine odor. I am still looking for a product that takes care of this odor, and doesn't leave me smelling like a wet baby when I am unable to get these underwear changed in a short amount of time.
