If you leak a little bit then these will work wonderful however if you leak a lot you might need something a bit more absorbency and thicker.

I also notice that there was a small circular image on the panties indicating that was the back side. so I no longer have to guess which is the front and which is the backside. I was very impressed with the way the underwear fit - it actually fit me better that some of my cloth underwear I wear. the Depends were not baggy or saggy on me - they had a nice fit and when I put a pair of pants on over them - there was no bulge or discomfort feeling. they feel great on me and I am not embarrassed by how they look because no one even knows I am wearing them. the medium fit me just right. and although I only had one small accident and a few dribbles in them - there was no wet feeling nor did I feel the need to change them - I wore them the whole day. thank you for letting me sample these underwear - I love them.

I have been using these for about 4 years - I was diagnosed with MS then, and I no longer have much bladder control. I have always loved them, even choosingDepends instead of the store brand. I would have given them all positives. But as of the beginning of February, the fit changed. I don't know if you started using less material or what...the front does not come up as high, the fit is different, and now not only do I need help getting them up, but I would say out of a pack or 32, probably 5-6 tear at at the back or the sides before I get them up, so I have to get a new one. I have tried the larger ones, but it was a waste of money because I swim in those. I also noticed that these have some writings in French - I don't know if this is European sizing?? At this point if it doesn't get much better, I will have to try something else, or go back top the store brand.
