It absorbed leaks quickly. The cons is that even with the small size underwear, it is too large in the crotch area for me. It bunches together and causes chaffing. Also, it caused me to sweat. Not comfortable and hard to wear with certain pants or shorts. I would not recommend the underwear unless pads no longer do the job for you.

They are really comfortable as the material of them is very soft. They are very secure in the waist, but not where it matters. They are bulky like a diaper and are not discrete, even in sweatpants. They also kind of put off an odor.
