I got these for my wife's postpartum recovery, and they have been an absolute lifesaver. The material is incredibly soft and stretchy, feeling much more like actual cotton underwear than a bulky diaper. ​They are surprisingly thin and discreet under leggings or jeans, but don't let that fool you—the absorbency is amazing. After awhile I finally forgot I was wearing them, but they aren't so comfortable that they feel like regular underwear. The waist band comes up just high enough that they provide full coverage, but aren't peeking out of my pants. They do fit nicely under my underwear, so I can remove them in a public bathroom if need be.

One major thing though is she said it does leak quite a bit. She had to double up on them when wearing them so no accidents would happen. These are more for accidents rather than everyday use.

It allows that person to maintain dignity with comfort and avoiding embarrass if there are any accidents or incontinent episodes. Also, the slide on and ability to act more of a natural underwear was more comforting and made it easier for this person to wear depends. Specifically only urinary incontinence for this review. Someone who wore these had mixed incontinence and not total incontinence. It's good for those longer days when you may not be able to check into the toilet as frequently and has good absorption.
