I would love to find super absorbency overnight that would keep a bed dry, but the look of the Depends Underwear For Men is a welcome change from typical geriatric looking briefs. The feel is much softer and not scratchy like other briefs. The fit is actually like that of a regular pair of underwear. When he is sitting up, there are no accidental leaks. They are easy to pull on and off as well.

We were having a very good time and I do have an overactive bladder which does get in the way of things and of course this was the time it did and I just could not make it to the bathroom and had some major leaking and I was so frustrated as I figured that my pants would be soaked through and my shopping would be over. But to my surprise my pants were totally dry and the pad in the underwear was somewhat wet but could still go for quite some time. I was so happy that I did not have to have yet another embarassing situation while shopping! Thank you Depend for being so right!

I was surprised. These were way more comfortable than I expected — soft material, secure fit, and super easy to move around in. Whether I was lounging or staying active around the house, they stayed in place and didn’t feel bulky at all. Not something I’d normally buy, but I can definitely see how they’d offer confidence and comfort to someone who needs them. Solid quality.

The pad can move and bunch inside the the moisture shield, but will still absorb fluid without issue. The absorbancy isn't 100% and will leave the surface of the skin visibly moist. The product's "skin feel" is great, but wearing the product does produce a slight rustle sound when moving. The front fit is flat & tight, and not ergonomically suited for the male anatomy. The padding doesn't extend very high in the front, and goes back further, presumably to absorb moisture from laying/sitting; although when sitting, any fluid is not absorbed by the back end, and may pool or leak in the product, until repositiong allows the excess fluid to be absorbed by the back end. The side seams are pretty easy to tear for removal, but strong enough to not tear from normal movement. The waist fit is very accommodating, and has lots of give. The leg openings have enough give to accomodate large legs.
