In the past it was a problem. I tried the underwear and the Guards. The guards are bulky and slide around and the underwear was not much fun. Mostly they just didn't fit right. When I tried the Fit-Flex I was pleased and surprised. Seems like they found everything people DID NOT like about what was on the market and changed everyone of the minuses to plusses. I am very happy. They are soft, which helps when you wear them for a long time, they fit snug where they should and have a low rise front rather than a waist band that almost hit your neck.
