They kept her dry and fresh feeling. Based on her experience, I would definitely recommend these if you have an elderly parent, relative or friends that you need to buy disposable undergarments for. Benn using for couple years.Lately for several months the inside padding falls out.Needless to say ,I end up with quite a mess. I am 88 years old and not as mobile as I use to be.I will be looking at other brands and reading reviews of other brands.

I'm wearing them for the first time. I'm a big guy with a 58 inch waist so I ordered the XXL. They don't even cover my butt. They are supposed to fit 56 to 64 in waists. I can pull them up enough in the front to cover and provide some protection but to have the backside under my cheeks is not what I would call a comfortable fit. I take water pills and had hoped this would give me more freedom. Not so sure that's going to happen.

Little to no smell even after eating Taco Bell. Can wear for a decent amount of time. Built to last unlike my bladder and bowel movements. Grey is the way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the depend fresh protection underwear are great for men who need extra protection from leaks. They have a nice smell, fit comfortably under your attire and don't easily rip should they get snagged on your jeans.

I bought these to get me through a few days of the stomach flu, and the bad things that can happen while you sleep. They feel really great, but I could not keep them pulled up. Every time I get up and walk a few steps, they fall down. I'm about 250 lbs. with a 48" waist, so I bought the XL size. I'm afraid they will slip down and not cover what is important, should I have an accident.

I also appreciate the “seamless” waist so it doesn’t cause lumping and bumping. The pad area is definitely wide but allows for more absorption. The seams don’t irritate too terribly much - but you do get used to the sensation. The small fit me well as a size 6-8.
