IN my opinion it should be able to handle heavy bladder leaks. My hubby could not find the one that I use so he brought your product. Well it do not work for me. NO I cannot wear it out, so I wear it at home. It's my problem, but you should have a better product for the money. Laugh all you want, but the brand that I was using works very good.
