Kleenex Trusted Care tissues are more coarse and scratchy than earlier versions, but my main complaint is the box design. Your change from subdued pastel colors to gaudy, splashy colors has caused me to choose a competitor's brand. I don't need a box of facial tissues to POP. They are supposed to serve a function -- not be a highlight of my home decor. Please switch back, or at least offer an alternative to these awful boxes.

I love kleenex tissues and have bought them for years -- always opting for the gray-, tan-, and brown toned-boxes. Suddenly, over the past couple of months, these colors have disappeared. I cannot have brightly colored tissue boxes sitting around my home. They just don't fit in. I have completely stopped buying Kleenex and now use box covers with generic brands. What kind of crazy change is this????

I love Kleenex tissues. For as long as I can remember the classic boxes have been a great item to blend into our homes. I did a double take when shopping for them and thought generic boxes were in there place, the designs look cheap and tacky. I used the the grey, blue, brown, and newer turquoise in rooms they easily blended into. I purchased another brand in place that had more appealing designs. I will continue to buy the other brand as long as Kleenex keeps the outdated looking designs. I was even disappointed in the new Kleenex lotion boxes. Please bring back the original classic boxes!!!

I am a member of the Crowdtap Kleenex® Brand rewards program, and Kleenex® Brand sent me a sample to review but I have been using Kleenex brand tissues since I was a child. They are the goto brand for quality in a tissue. Strong and soft, good for the worst of runny noses, and familiar enough to use for a napkin or wipe a sweaty brow.

Over the last few months it's hit or miss on whether or not the Kleenex box I buy will have a horribly strong chemical smell. I've tried buying them at different locations and it hasn't helped. The smell is overpowering. I've probably thrown away eight boxes to the three I've managed to keep.

The simple Kleenex tissues that had previously been sold in the marbled boxes are my favorite. Apparently, box design changed. The new packaging has different wording and does not indicate that it is the "same product, new design" or anything similar. Plus, the new design is UGLY.

I have been using the Kleenex brand Tissue products for as long as I can remember. We have a box in every room of our house as well as in each of our vehicles and the travel packs in my purse!!! Kleenex tissues are strong enough for the toughest germs, the price is right and the decorative boxes look great with my home decor. I always liked Kleenex. I use a box a week or two and have been for years. A lot of it is for throats saliva issues I won't get into. I dislike the new box styles. My eyes are sensitive and do not like looking at them. I like the old style. I have save some old boxes to reuse with new ones that I buy. Then I guess I have to switch brands.

I ordered the 210 count online from soap.com because it's hard to find that size in stores. They had pictures of the elegant charcoal black design which would go with my decor (and frankly any decor.) Instead, monstrosities arrived with two different colors for the front and the sides! Who wants that? Plus they say "Kleenex" in a big round blue circle instead of subtly along the edge. I came to this site to see if the old design was available but no! Apparently the new terrible designs are everywhere! I know there's a balance between getting brand recognition and style but guess what? YOU'RE KLEENEX! People calls tissues "kleenexes"! There is hardly any other product with more brand recognition! So stop trying to create crazy styles. Most people don't want to advertise that they have a cold or sinus or allergy problems. They don't want the tissue box to SCREAM out to guests. They want it to fit nicely into the decor so it doesn't call too much attention to itself. After the supply of tissues I ordered runs out, will I potentially reconsider my allegiance to Kleenex if the designs don't change? Absolutely! Do I want to? No, I love Kleenex! So please, use some common sense and BRING BACK SUBTLE GRAY DESIGNS!

We used to buy these all the time, however, we started buying Puffs instead solely because of the opening they use in their rectangular boxes. The Kleenix box is not user friendly. Once you put your hand in there a few times, the plastic stretches apart and the tissues fall back into the box so the next time you need one, you have to dig one out. If Kleenix changed this, we would be back to buying them. They need a larger opening similar to the Puffs brand. I'm sure a lot of people would agree.
