Great product, but the new box design is ugly and offensively bright. Please go back to the previous design or softer colors. I will use generic going forward. Too bad lowering the cost of kleenex wasn't done rather than spending money on redesigning something that was fine to begin with.

I have used the 160 count marbleized box for decades, and am very disappointed the design has been discontinued. The new designs are loud compared to the classic and sophisticated marbleized design. Please consider bringing the design back or creating boxes with classic patterns of tone-on-tone color. Sadly, I have had to purchase other brands while I wait for a more subtle Kleenex design to hit the shelves.

Hi. I have been buying kleenex brand for YEARS & I will continue to do so, because I like your product. However......the change of the box designs leaves me disappointed. I keep my bathroom & other rooms very neat & color coordinated. I could always get by with a silver/gray color or something subtle. But the new designs are way too "loud" & look cheap in my rooms. Even plain colors would look fine. I sure hope you change the designs soon. Don't like the boxes at all. Thanks for listening.

I have been a loyal consumer of Kleenex brand for over 50 years until recently. I would buy Kleenex before any other brand but the new sneeze shield makes the tissue too thick to really do the job adequately. Now I have to find a new brand to purchase. I am hoping that you will bring back the original tissues Please !

You have changed your product. It is scratchy and rough and nothing like it used to be. And you have the nerve to call it "the original"........it is NOT the original Kleenex tissue. Shame on you for denigrating what used to be such a great product.

I have been using the Kleenex brand Tissue products for as long as I can remember. We have a box in every room of our house as well as in each of our vehicles and the travel packs in my purse!!! Kleenex tissues are strong enough for the toughest germs, the price is right and the decorative boxes look great with my home decor. I love Kleenex but who designs the boxes? They are terrible...all of them! I buy my Kleenex at Costco and don't like any of the designs offered there. Bring back simple colored boxes not the crap that's out there now. My rating is solely based on product packaging.

I just wanted you to know how much I love Kleenex Cool Touch tissues. I don't know how you get the "cool" in them but it's very effective. Kleenex brand tissues have frequented my home for more years than I'll mention.. but the Kleenex Cool Touch Tissue are by far my favorite. I have used Kleenex brand tissues for many years. The last packages I purchased with your 'NEW SNEEZE SHIELD' are useless. I didn't check to see if the count went down as well, but in my opinion they aren't even better than nothing! A waste of money to produce. I'm not even sure doubling up on them to use will make up for their ineffectiveness. Maybe tripling up on them will help, but that makes their cost outrageous. I don't purchase them for sneezes ONLY. They are a replacement for a handkerchief and they no longer serve that function. I will be looking into other options in the future.

I have been using Kleenex for decades and have experienced the reduction of quality, thickness, strength, size of tissue and count per box for years but never submitted a review. Until now. In addition to those complaints listed above, the new patterns and colors of the boxes are nothing short of ugly. Did the "designers" speak to anyone over the age of 18? I am an ADULT. No one I know, younger or mature, has their homes decorated in a style which the new designs would compliment. Save the special patterns and colors for the kids and holiday boxes and leave the rest of your product packaging for us grown-ups - you know, the ones with the money to buy K-C products. I've been a customer long enough to know how often the box designs change and these gross things are going to be around for quite a while, during which time I will be purchasing another brand of tissues.
