no very soft

Ultra soft used to be the softest, my favorite tissues. Lately they are not soft but scratchy and not worth the price. Hate them!!!

Tissue you just cant afford to go super cheap on, Kleenex is super affordable and gentle on your nose. With allergies a soft tissue is a big deal.

Feels rough like generic brand

Kleenex Ultra Soft at Sam's club used to be soft. Now it's rough, like generic. I will try buying this at another store to see if the problem is Kleenex as a whole or just Kleenex sold at Sam's Club.

I would have given a 0 but would not accept. Although you advertise as 3-ply 98.9% are only 2 ply. When you blow your nose in these it goes straight thru to you hand. This is not sanitary.

Reformulated? Not as soft!

I have been buying Kleenex ultra soft for years. Recent purchase a few days ago and immediately noticed they were not as soft! What did you guys change??

No more raw nose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tissues are great. Theyre very soft and never make my nose raw like toilet paper does. I'll definetely be buying these.
