I had been a loyal customer of another leading brand, but was very pleased with the Kleenex ultra soft, which my husband bought by accident. I kept buying more. I spent 6 weeks with bronchitis and had a small garbage can next to the chair I hung out in during my recovery. Well, the constant companion of my new tissues and the ones discarded have made me have a horrible allergic reaction i.e. nose and eyes irritated constantly. Now that I'm well I only have the small box by my reading table but I think I'm allergic to them. I've looked everywhere on the internet and can't find the exact ingredients to the Kleenex ultra soft tissues. I'd like to add that I am allergic to newspaper, mass market paperbacks, and some trade paperbacks. I may need to have to ditch the Kleenex for old fashioned cotton hankies. But what do I keep around for guests? Please list the ingredients for ALL your products KC. Thanks.

We've been buying Kleenex brand for many years, but the last few months on some of the boxes we have bought, every time I pull out a kleenex, a bunch of Kleenex white specs of Kleenex comes our with the tissue and I have it all over my shirt and the floor! I don't know what's going on, but it's not like it used to be! I'll be looking at other options!

I cannot say enough about the Kleenex ultra soft tissues! While dog/house sitting for a friend I came to realize there were no tissues in the house. (Toilet paper is not even close to a tissue, sorry..) I normally buy what's on sale... Puff's, etc. However, today I picked up a box of ultra soft Kleenex. It truly is soft and doesn't leave behind any tissue particles! I love the purple box color too! How did you know I like purple? LOL! I don't normally make the time to right a review, but when I feel a company has a great product, I'll make the time! Best regards.

The new box design is what it is, but the important part is the feel of the tissues, the softness - these are not what they used to be. I still had the old design to compare to. These new tissues are crisper, thinner, and NOT AS SOFT. Not ultra soft anymore! And they seem to have a slight scent, which makes it not hyperallergenic. Really disappointed.

I have used these Kleenex for years and years, but I absolutely hate the new box designs. We consumers are not all living in pink and baby blue houses, by the way. The timing is terrible; stores in my area are just placing the new designs on the shelves in time for the holiday season and surely you have to admit these are not box colors that coordinate with any holiday theme. What happened to artistic design and color? The warm grey folklore patterned boxes worked very well for kitchens with stainless appliances, as did the other boxes, for a variety of seasons. Since we all have allergies and purchase these type of kleenex preferentially, I am currently still buying the ultra soft tissues in their ugly boxes and restocking my old boxes. When those are too worn out, I'll have to switch brands unless you can hire a new art director.

I have always loved these tissues, and have always been willing to pay more for them. However, something has clearly changed on the manufacturing end. They used to be heavier, more absorbable, and more durable. Now, I'm going through a box in no time, and they don't feel any different from other brands. What a shame. I will be looking around for a new brand. I wish corporations would stop messing with a good thing. Customer loyalty and taking pride in product quality used to mean something in this country. Maybe someday it will again.

For past three years, I adored the "islamic"/octagonal pattern boxes on the market -- the orange/red ones were my favorite, the blue my runner-up -- they were very Islamic/Asian and very well-suited to more sophisticated interiors. You even have it pictured in the blog/comment window I'm typing in, yet it has disappeared from all the shelves. In its place are "less sophisticated" designs, like something you'd find in a health care facility, or large tasteless bureaucracy office. Please give my commendations to the designer of those boxes you no longer carry: those were winners. Unfortunately, I understand that consumers like me are not the majority and perhaps my taste isn't the most popular. I don't eat Twinkies or corn dogs. Your current designs are "not auspicious."

Glad Kleenex Ultra has something other than flowers on boxes! Sick of flowers on tissue boxes. The new designs are such a refreshing change as are the colors. Now get rid of stink and bring back the thick, softness. Please! I use ALOT of tissues. Since last year the smell has gotten increasingly worse and the thickness and softness are in line with the cheapest of tissues.

The boxes are gorgeous with their bright and colorful designs, the tissues are soft, but the boxes FALL APART immediately making the product now nothing more than an expensive frustration. Very disappointed. Been using Kleenex for decades, will be switching to Great Value to see if they are better.

No longer buying this product as it's box/packaging is ugly. It 'pops' in all my decor and NOT in a good way. I keep looking for more appealking packaging. This is too bad as I have LOVED the product for years. It sooths after a lot of tissue use. I've gone to another brand.
