[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I had was trying to get them out of the package. They have a really good texture and scent. Overall they are good flushable wipes, however, it was difficult getting them out of the package.

We just had our septic tanks (dual tank system) pumped after a minor drain back up in our kitchen and garage/laundry area. YOUR WIPES DO NOT DEGRADE AND ARE NOT SEPTIC SAFE. The service that did the work explained that they turn into a mass at the bottom of the tank that they have to clear by pumping in water and breaking up the mass like chipping concrete. It clogs their trucks. The operator recommended we use a septic safe product, WHICH YOUR PACKAGING STATES THE COTTONELLE WIPES ARE SEPTIC SAFE AND THEY ARE THE ONLY PRODUCTS THAT ARE FLUSHED IN ADDITION TO R/V SAFE TOILET PAPER. We have been very protective of our septic system because we are elderly and don't want to have to face a huge bill due to our own neglect or mistreatment of the system. We religiously dose our system with an enzyme preparation recommended to keep the system healthy. We will no longer be buying your wipes. My husband and I live alone in a 3 bedroom house with a septic system designed for a family that would normally occupy this home. Please change your packaging to state that the wipes are not septic friendly.

Just because they went down didn’t mean they were flushable. It costs plenty to pay the plumbers service fees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these wipes all the time and I love that they come in to go packs. They fit so well in my purse. As for the product the wipes are thick and pleasant to use. They are also flushable which is a huge plus.

They work as they should and smell great. The quilted pattern makes the product very brand conscious. My only fault is that it tears/rubs off really easily between wipes. A bit more expensive than other brands because of the brand, but isn't my first pick.

Plus, they have just the right amount of moisture, not too wet or too dry. The packaging is compact and reseals well, so they don't dry out. If you're on the fence about trying them, do it – you won't go back to regular TP alone after this! 🙌✨

A superior product compared to others I have tried. I will continue to purchase these flushable wipes over the store brands I was previously purchasing, whenever they are available.
