I have been using this product for a long time and have been pleased, but the last ones that I bought were the individual packages in a 4 pack taped together. They are not the same quality that I have been buying in the past. They are cut on the edges like with pinking shears where the others were straight across. Other than not as thick and not good quality, that is the only difference that I could see.

Will you ever make the product without scent (perfume)? I wish they were like Huggies non-scented (Natural Care) wipes. My kids and husband refuse to use the cottonelle ones due to the smell. It seams unnatural to have a cleansing wipe smell so strong of perfumy chemicals.

I was excited to receive this because it's advertised as hypoallergenic and the positive reviews about the smell. I have sensitive skin and am sensitive to smells but when I opened it, the smell was nauseating. I wiped my arms to see of the smell would dissipate but it didnt. It also made me itchy where I used the wipes. Some may like these wipes but it is not for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product. Great feeling after using. You dont stay wet after using. Dries pretty much instantly. Word of caution..flushing any kind of wipes may cause ur system to back up. Espically septic tanks.

I will NEVER get these wipes again. I don't care that that the Medicare Advantage plan that I have will pay for them for me. They fall apart just trying to remove them from the package and I also got a rash from trying to use them. I normally get the Equate Everyday Clean Wipes. They are Fragrance Free and Hypoallergenic. I have never had a problem using them. I may have to pay nearly $5 for a 240 count package. But I don't have to worry about them falling apart or giving me a rash.

These wipes were great when they were in a 12pack. When they switched to the 14 pack the quality fell drastically. When you first open the package it's hard to get the initial wipe out without it tearing or shredding. Once the package is open the flap won't stay sealed and you loose up to the last half of the package. I use them at work so it may take up to two weeks to use the whole package. I never had this problem with the 12 pack. Currently looking for a replacement product.

I'm usually one who only gives positive reviews. However, every now & again I need to speak out when something just doesn't work. I'm a 46-yrs-old female and have been using baby wipes to keep myself clean for as long as I can remember. For years I used Costco's brand until they changed their formula some years back. They used to be great! They smelled nice, the size was perfect & they didn't tear upon use. However, once they changed, the smell was TERRIBLE. So they lost me after that. I had to find an affordable replacement, so I began using Walmart's Parent's Choice. While they are not nearly as good as the old Costco brand used to be, they are still better than a lot of the ones out there. Not to mention still within my budget. However, I'm always open to trying out new wipes. So I had a manufacturer coupon that allowed me to try the Cottonelle, 42-pack of Clean Ripple (FreshCare). I admit that they smell really nice, which I like, but that was all that I liked. They tear almost instantly BEFORE I even get them out of the pouch. Then they tear more when I try to wipe myself clean. I even double them over prior to using to try to avoid that, but it doesn't always work. While I'm a hand-washer regardless ...I feel that I have to "doubly wash" my hands because my fingers tear thru them. So for me that's a BIG NEGATIVE & that's why I don't recommend them. Also, the size is quite small for my liking. I've never flushed them, as regardless of ANY brand that says "flushable" ...why take the chance. I don't want to end up with clogged pipes or flooded bathroom. After reading several reviews, that just confirms for me not to flush these or any other that claim "flushable" ...regardless of what their "proven tests" show. So that's just my opinion! I have used these flushable wipes for years and have recently noticed that they have become considerably thnner. In fact, if they got much thinner, they would be transparent! Or, is this just your way of saying use more? Can you go back to the 5 star product?

We had been using these for years. They were great. Having a adult with special needs they really helped when going bathroom. What a disappointment when opening the last box. New design, hard to get out of package, they tear so easily, definitely NOT an improvement. Will search for replacement, you lost a customer here.
