I bought these wipes for several years and always felt clean and odor-free after using them. The new scent is awful- what happened to the fresh scent ? Did the quality of the wipes 'go down the toilet' along with the fresh scent option? I am still looking for a quality wipe that leaves you smelling clean instead of like a stinky armpit. I have started using Rite-Aid brand and for now seem to offer a great replacement. If this is new and improved go back to old and not so improved- those were great - along with the fresh clean scent. Very disappointed!!!

Will you ever make the product without scent (perfume)? I wish they were like Huggies non-scented (Natural Care) wipes. My kids and husband refuse to use the cottonelle ones due to the smell. It seams unnatural to have a cleansing wipe smell so strong of perfumy chemicals.

I have been using this product for a long time and have been pleased, but the last ones that I bought were the individual packages in a 4 pack taped together. They are not the same quality that I have been buying in the past. They are cut on the edges like with pinking shears where the others were straight across. Other than not as thick and not good quality, that is the only difference that I could see.

I love cottonelle! Don't get me wrong BUT.... i can't pull one whole wipe out without it just ripping. Everytime! Says it starts to immediately break down is beyond true! The wipes can NOT stay as one piece. Its breaking down before even hitting the toilet. I know y'all are hearing me. Love ya! But this product needs some serious fixing! I have video if need be! I've even bought ANOTHER four pack i think it was and same thing every time. Ill stand by your toilet paper all day but these wipes... frankly suck! Not only in that way but sucking money out my pocket... much love but irritated .... p.s it happens most at about 8 wipes in!

I love the clean feeling that comes with using these wipes. I take them camping with me all the time now - which is about every other weekend.

Do not use this product. it is extremely harmful for the skin. It contains a chemical that can seriously damage your skin. I had to go to the doctor who told me that many people had been going in for the same reason and explained how this chemical damages the skill to the point where it literally hurts. try the generic brand from wal mart,,,,those wipes work great.

Someone recently recommended to me the Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths, which I purchased, along with the attractive little "box" container/cover for them. I was very pleased with the cloth quality and would recommend them myself. However, I have one complaint. When I pull out a cloth through the "serrated" opening provided, another cloth does not follow (example: facial tissues). It's very frustrating to then have to open the box and "thread" another cloth through the opening for the next use. What's wrong??

Count me among the not-insignificant number of users who have had a bad reaction to this product. Whether or not you normally have hypersensitive skin, you'd be better off using another brand's moist wipes than risk an allergic reaction to Cottonelle. Yes, the packaging is better looking and more convenient, but it isn't worth the discomfort or trip to the dermatologist.

At the beginning of the Pandemic, I bought these when the store was, literally, out of everything else, there were three packages of these in the shelf, and that was it. And, of course, I was limited to only buy one 60 wipes package. We all really like them, but I can't find them locally at all. Target and Walmart now each seem to be pushing their house replica brands, not the Cottonelke XL Flushables, despite searches taking me to their sites. I've mail ordered similar product from eBay, but I don't trust it; they are old or dried out inside the package. Plus shipping doubles the cost per wipe, sometimes. Great stuff if you can get it, but I've given up trying.

I have used these flushable wipes for years and have recently noticed that they have become considerably thnner. In fact, if they got much thinner, they would be transparent! Or, is this just your way of saying use more? Can you go back to the 5 star product?
