Next Cloth Please

Someone recently recommended to me the Cottonelle Flushable Cleansing Cloths, which I purchased, along with the attractive little "box" container/cover for them. I was very pleased with the cloth quality and would recommend them myself. However, I have one complaint. When I pull out a cloth through the "serrated" opening provided, another cloth does not follow (example: facial tissues). It's very frustrating to then have to open the box and "thread" another cloth through the opening for the next use. What's wrong??

Caused Itchy, Painful Rash

I used to love these wipes, but like many others who have submitted reviews on other sites, I appear to be allergic to one of the ingredients. I have developed an itchy, painful rash in the wiped area. I have been slow to blame the wipes, thinking that surely they would have done extensive testing to establish that these wipes - designed to be used in a highly sensitive area - are hypoallergenic. After seeing reviews by many others with the same symptoms, which have been getting worse, I will no longer use these wipes and throw my remaining supply away. If, like me, you have sensitive skin, I would strongly advise you to steer clear of these wipes.

“Flushable” is false advertising

I just had to pay a plumber to come to my house for a backup throughout my entire house due these advertised as flushable wipes!!! All that came out of my house drain was wipes that should obviously not be flushed!….I'm totally disappointed to have to pay a plumber cause of FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Used to be a must have product - not anymore

I first bought a pack of these wipes last year and they were amazing. Thick and moist, they really got the job done. Now that they changed the packaging, they also changed the product quality. These new ones are super thin and fragile. Could barely get them out of the container because they would rip. I had to use 2 stacked on top of each other so they wouldn't tear when wiping. Not worth the money anymore.

I agree

I have used this product for over 5 years and I agree with others that the quality of the wipes have declined. The wipes come apart easily. It is difficult to get the wipes to come out of the dispenser without tearing. I usually have to open the dispenser to get the wipe. I am also trying other similar brands.

A part of the program

I need to feel clean and order free. Sometimes with encontence issues that's not easy. Cottonelle is part of the program. I can tuck the small package in my purse and the convenience of the smart styled container fits into my bathroom decor. Soft, cleaning and part of the program. Cottonele wipes.

dispense dissappointment

Love the product, hate the dispensibility of the wipes themselves! I find that they often stick together and terefore tear part of the next wipe or comel loose and drops the next one. which means i have to open the dispenser and re-feed the wipes thru the dispenser opening, aggravating to say the least!
