This is where the updates to the goodnites sizes are saving the day. The rise is enough to prevent leaks, the waist is not too loose and the capacity was adequate for his needs. He does not have issues every night, nor is he a heavy wetter, so we really can't speak to how they would hold up for someone who is. My son's only complaint was the appearance. He said that they looked "medical" rather than a product geared toward older kids and teens. He also said that he doesn't really care what they look like. As a parent, my only concern would be if my son was struggling with the emotional aspects of bedwetting, I wouldn't want him feeling like there is something wrong with him and needs a medical product to overcome. I would hope that in the future they will consider making the designs a little bit more fun, or eliminating them all together. Overall: 4 stars

However, as my son grew, they started to leak more, which made bedtime stressful and affected his confidence. The fit was getting too tight, and the lower rise just wasn’t enough coverage anymore. That’s why we were so excited to try the new XXL size, and they did not disappoint! My son immediately noticed the difference, saying, “They aren’t as tight now.” The higher rise provides better coverage, and the stretchy sides keep them secure without digging into his skin. Most importantly, the absorbent padding in the front and the large standing leak guards do an amazing job keeping him dry all night. This is such a relief for the both of us! This new size has truly made a difference for us, and I know we’re not alone. We’ll be stocking up as soon as they hit the shelves—thank you, Goodnites, for listening to parents and kids who needed this option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son was a user of the XL size for a while and struggled with the fit. This new size is a game changer. The fit is great for older kids. The designs are the only issue. He wanted fun prints or camo.

Being a individual that works with special needs individuals I would agree that a bigger size would be great. These are great products these vs traditional pull-ups are just not the same. I have changed many. The individuals I work with love and prefer them.

I received a box of good nights free from Influenster for testing purposes, however my opinion is my own. My son was quite excited about these, because he is a big fan of iron man, who is on the bed pants. The character design made him feel more like they are regular underwear, and they helped take away some of the embarrassment as they aren't like some out there that feel and look like diapers. The problem with them, however, is that they were quite large on my son. He is fairly big for a 7 year old too so I didn't think we would have an issue, but they were so loose around the sides that they ended up leaking. Of course that won't likely be an issue for everyone that uses these as every child is different and they may fit better on others, but in my case I was unfortunately not satisfied with the performance.

Small adult products are expensive and not comfortabele. If you make a bigger xl+ you will make a lot of older teens en or young adults lifes better and dryer at nighttime.

She loves how they dont feel like a diaper, she feels like such a big girl. They are very slim and stretchy so she can get them on herself comfortably. I would recommend these to any one whos child wets the bed at night!

They have ensured that he wakes up in a dry bed every day, and are an essential whenever traveling. My so has always been big for his age, so when the XL size was introduced several years ago, it was a welcome improvement. Recently however, they have been starting to get a little snug on him. Thankfully these new XXL Goodnites feature a bigger rise and are suited for teens and young adults. We only wish there were more designs featured in the pack, as my son always love to see what new patterns come out. These are a must have if your children struggle with bedwetting or occansional accidents and are on the husky side.

My son continues to wet the bed even though he is 4. I have found that Goodnites are the only overnight underwear that seem to hold up to the test. I would definetly recommend these to every parent. When my daughter is ready to transition from diapers to underwear, I plan on using the girl version of Goodnites for her.
