With the improvement of the stretchy sides, lets my son with big hips, that about 35-36” fit just great. Helps saves the embarrassment for my son that we have to use tape on adult briefs for bedwetting. The XXL’s they sit taller with the padding to help contain leaking from the top which was a problem from xl’s because he’s a stomach sleeper. Furthermore, that made us switch to adult diapers which crinkle and are bulky. Happy to report from him they fit great, easy to conceal for sleepovers and improved absorbency. looking forward to buying more when they release to save from embarrassment and sheet washing from him.

I really hope you are listening to all of the special needs parents telling you that we need a bigger size for our children! We are in desperate need!!!!! Adult pull-ups are too big!!!!!!!!! We need an in between size!!!!!!! And we don't need fancy patterns, just plan white is fine if you are worried about cost!!! We are not picky!!!! Just give us something!!!! My son is 66 pounds and the L/XL fit him perfect. I love the Goodnite pull-ups and I don't know what we are going to do when he out grows them!! He is not potty trained due to autism and other special needs. And autism is still on the rise so the lack of bigger pull-ups is going to rise!!!! Please help us with this problem!!!!!

I purchase these because I have an autistic teen. They fit great, the elastic does not cause marks on his body, it's very hard to find a comfortable pull up so he can feel like he's wearing underpants and not a diaper. Also they are quiet when he's moving around. We are very happy with the product and fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The standing leak guards on the Goodnites are definitely appealing for our family, however this was one of the things I would like to see further improved as these seem to small on the XXL version. A taller leak guard would help with leaks that occur overnight. The stand-up Leak guards on Goodnites are better engineered than the ones on other products we use within the home, and I think they would be perfect just being a little taller. For bedwetting these work excellent. We experienced minimal leaks with these pants overall. We’ve tried several overnight protection brands over the years, and Goodnites work the best for our family. We appreciate how discreet and absorbent these underwear are, giving my family confidence throughout the night. We all sleep without worry, which has made bedtime much easier for our family.

They keep my child dry and the sheets dry too which is a huge plus in my books! No one likes washing sheets daily due to night time accidents. I would recommend these overnight pants to anyone dealing with a bed wetting issue.

my 12 year old son wets the bed bad and i mean bad. i give him thoses goodnites extra large but i got to put 2-3 on him. ive tried everything i even tried depends ( they dont work ) can you make bigger sizes i gave him one and his sheets where wet like he dident even have it on ( i check to see if he did and he did ) but it was wet right throw so i started 2 and it still leaks ( not as bad ) but im wasting 2 dipers per night someone reply....

They are very absorbent and we have had no problems with leaks. these would work great for teens or young adults also great for those with special needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Goodnights were sent to sample at no charge. The opinons are that of my own. The product requires more coverage for the size received. My son has wet the bed through the bedtime pants several times while sampling the product. The size was great but the older the child the more covergae should be provided. We will try the bed liners
