I just recently bought this product and am currently trying it out still. It definitely helps to block fat absorption cuz I've noticed a big difference in my digestion. The changes have been minor for the most part. It can be unpleasant if ur consuming a high fat meal cuz thats more fat ur body has to push through ur digestive tract without breaking down so it might hurt ur stomach, cause bloating, and u may even poop urself. I almost did but didn't full on. Sorry tmi but to avoid that Im ganna be mindfully eating medium to low fat meals instead and since I've done that, the unpleasant symptoms have pretty much gone away besides the bloating and gas. If you eat a high fat meal with this Alli orlistat, then I'd suggest staying home the next day to make sure u don't poop ur pants. I'll give it a 5 star rating because it's effective and when used properly, doesn't have too bad of side effects.

I used this product two years ago and it helped me to lose almost 30 pounds. I have gained back about 10 pounds, and I am having difficulty with losing anything. So, I started using Alli again and it isn't doing anything. If you have taken it, you know when it is working and the product no longer works. I feel like I am being sold a placebo for the same price as the over the counter drug that was once effective.

I highly recommend Alli diet pills. They really work. Please be aware that when I say they work they really work so, if you eat really greasy or fatty foods you are going to poop grease out. Yes I said your going to poop grease, orange nasty liquid grease. So while you're taking these pills please be mindful not to eat really greasy foods (or wear white pants,LoL) or you will poop grease. Also be mindful of what will seem like wet farts, it may be grease leaking out! While taking these you make want to carry flushable wipes and sanitizer for bathroom visits. It can get messy if you forget and have a fatty meal. You must take them 30mins before any meal or they won't work. They are a bit pricey, but these pills work two ways. They keep you from eating greasy food from fear of you might poop out orange grease and then they also work by eliminating small amounts of fat before you can absorb it into your body so there you have it they work two ways but they work that's the key! I lost 15lb

This medicine works, but cramps the stomach so bad and going to the bathroom non-stop. Helps with cravings. But it will be more beneficial to those who are really overweight. I just wanted to lose 10 pounds to be 120. Be aware of going to the bathroom so much and stomach cramps, feels like you took 4 or more laxatives. Very painful and uncomfortable. Yet, it clears your body well and oily stool. Be aware of it. Bit I believe it will help lose weight; however, side effects are unpleasant. I would recommend since not every one experiencing same symptoms. For me it was uncomfortable, so I threw them away.
