really helps to cut out the bad fats in what you eat

I have been taking Alli for years and it has helped with my diet.

I have been on my first bottle of 60 ct. and I am pleased with the results. Excited to be pushing on to my next months with the 120ct.

I use to take this before than I stop. I eat health on the most part. But there days I eat foods with higher fat. Blocks those good and bad fats from getting into your body.

This medicine works, but cramps the stomach so bad and going to the bathroom non-stop. Helps with cravings. But it will be more beneficial to those who are really overweight. I just wanted to lose 10 pounds to be 120. Be aware of going to the bathroom so much and stomach cramps, feels like you took 4 or more laxatives. Very painful and uncomfortable. Yet, it clears your body well and oily stool. Be aware of it. Bit I believe it will help lose weight; however, side effects are unpleasant. I would recommend since not every one experiencing same symptoms. For me it was uncomfortable, so I threw them away.

I am a 56 yr old female, I bought this as a last resort, due to putting on about 50 pounds from menopause and nothing I do is working. I eat pretty healthy and exercise 3-4 times a week. I started this at lunch time on Monday and this morning have last 2.5 pounds. I did fine Mon, Tues with the bowel thing. Yesterday went to Q-doba and had a bowl with chicken, cauliflower mash, vegies, gauc, sour cream and about 2 hours later well lets just say I was glad I was near a bathroom. I am a little bit more gassy than I have been. Other than that today has been fine, I dont eat high fat, greasy foods generally. I sure am hoping this is what I need to help me lose this weight. I feel like I did when I was pregnant, larger breast and mid weight gain. Doctor says thats what happens to some people in menopause, really? Well that stinks. I will try and come back and report after taking for a month and tell you my results then. So far so good.

I bought Alli and started it a little over a week ago and I have gained 2 lbs since using. I am watching what I am eating and exercising hard for an hour a 3-4 times a week on the elliptical and walking 3 miles on the days I am not exercising. haven't had any side effects from taking these pills. Can anyone tell me what they are doing to lose weight with these pills. Why aren't they working for me?

I have been taking this for the past few months. It is a great aid in losing weight. The one point I must remember is not to consume too much fat, because Alli will excrete it from my body. It teaches your body when you have had too much fat. It is great.

This pill is good. It does the job. It helps u go number 1 and 2 a lot smoother and more abundant. You have to be careful, when it is time to go don't wait to much !!! The first few days it is a Little uncomfortable on your stomach but it would go away after a few days. I started Using Alli 3 weeks ago. I have lost 2 pounds. I would keep using it ( only 2 times a day , 3 times for me is to much ) and I will get back here after 6 months to share my results. Any diet takes time ana effect.

I been using this product off an on cause it has helped me control my food intake . Basically curbe my appeitie. But I been having to go back forth cause everytime i take it I get very itchy and allergic reaction. I had to stop this time for good cause I have bumps and looks like bites on my legs and go figure i been off for 2 days no more itchyness and bumps are almost gone. So not sure what is in it making me allergic. Unless it has bananas, straweberries, or cat hair not sure why it is making me itch like that.
