The Plug leaked

We bought this cooler less than a year ago and used it only a few times. The third time we used it the tabs on the back broke/snapped off. We went to a local store and purchased replacement hinges and put thsoe on. Over the holidays we were preparing to use it again and the one of the front tabs broke off. I am writing Igloo now and hope for a resolution. Very disappointed in this one. Our previous Igloo (same size) was finally replaced after 15+ years !

Bought this cooler for the Thanksgiving Holiday, intending to use it afterwards on our fishing boat. We were skeptical about its performance given the low price but it outperformed our expectations. After four days of the cooler sitting on back porch in Florida sun, hardly any ice had melted, and drinks were ice cold! Would highly recommend buying.

First time I ever filled out a review... I was surprised when we bought this cooler and used it on our camping trip. We froze ice in 2 liter pop bottles (5 of them). After 4 days the bottles were still 1/2 frozen. Very nice and the hinges and closing snaps are replaceable if they wear out. This is a nice cooler... we call it the coffin... its big!

Last year I bought one of these coolers for our sub-division yearly circle party and boy, did it ever keep the drinks cold! I had three 30 cans of beer packs in this cooler and an unknown amount of soda cans mixed in the cooler. Just yesterday, we had out our circle party again, but this year I added a second cooler, the same size so we could separate the beer from the soda's and they both performed very well in the 88 degree temperature and humidity of 73%. Both coolers had two of the Sam's club "Big Ice Bags" that they sell in the club. I purchased a total of 7 bags of ice for the other coolers which did not fair as well as these two cooler's! I will be purchasing a third cooler for next years circle party! The soda cooler had 120 cans inside of the cooler and we even had room for the 16 oz. bottles of water!

Have 2 of these and they hold ive better than the high priced junk. Only problem is rhe latches and hinges are terrible, but you can fix that by buying the stainless steel replacements. Once done doing that they last forever, and yes I cater with these and use weekly opening and closing 100's of times

We bought 2 of these coolers for our daughters graduation party. We were more than happy with how well these coolers worked. We bought them on a sale, but would have gladly paid full price after how well they work. We kept ice and drinks in it for 4 days after the party, and it was still ice cold. They are very sturdy, just make sure you place it where you want before loading it, because once it's full, you're not going to be able to move them.

I'm impressed. Party on a Saturday loaded with drinks and 40lb of ice in the morning I had another 40lb on the side that I put in after the party. 3 days later the beer is cold, water is cold and bags still have some ice. It's sitting on the deck in the sun. I'm impressed.

Arrived already used/damaged with a burn on the bottom of it and scuffs/scratchs. I expected this size/prize range to have wheels, but it has no wheels. I ordered this late *about to leave the state for a final military relocation back home, so I won't have time to get a replacement or one that is actually new. I think Sam's needs to be a little more careful examining these items before they are sent to customers. The burn on the bottom and scuffs/scratches are too obvious for them and whomever delivered it to have not clearly seen. They could/should have grabbed a new one and not sent this damaged one. I'm just saying... I may return instead of keep this.

The amount of time that the ice stayed frozen was acceptable to me. The biggest CON is that the area around the spout does leak. I am not referring to the spout where the cover is located but, for the lack of a better word, the washer between the cooler and the spout. Since most reviews (I only found one that did mention this issue) did not mention this issue, I thought that I would receive one that would not leak, but that was not the case.
