The package was open and the contents were all over the bottom of the box. Therr is no way to get a refund or replacement.

Found this old can. Not going to use the powder but curious how old it is (no use by date) and is the can a collector item?

have made about 20 or more cakes from the recipe on the back. they all have turned delicious. i think they make the best choclate cake bar none

This product was shipped to my home. When I received it, the product was open inside the box, and the majority of the powder came out of the box.

Yum!! I love this unsweetened cocoa powder. I use it to make chocolate milk and it tastes so delicious every time! I definitely recommend this!!

I use this all the time for making classic homemade brownies. It delivers a consistent fudge taste. Never bitter, chalky or artificial tasting.

The lids to each box of Cocoa was damaged, causing it to spill all over other items and creating a huge mess for me to clean up upon opening.

Love the cocoa, but shipping was so poor 3 of the kids were off and chocolate was everywhere! What a huge mess 😫. May I suggest packing so the cans can’t rattle around during shipping? It sure would help.!

I love this product and use it till this day. A lot of other hot chocolate brands are a little too sweet for my family, so we opt to use this Hershey Unsweetened Cocoa Powder. We can add our own amount of sugar and how milky we want it. Can be used for deserts and much more as well. Awesome product!

It's only used for baking and I don't bake alot it's not expensive but I don't like it. I honestly will never need it unless it is sweet if they sweetened it it would be so much better. I made the mistake of putting it in chocolate milk and talk about bad. No I wouldn't recommend to others because I don't know anyone that bakes
