You can cook it old fashioned style on the stovetop. If you have one kiddo who likes light cocoa and another who likes it rich, you can give them that experience. I prefer low-sugar options, so I can add stevia to my cocoa and use cane or white sugar for the kiddos. This cocoa is a great baking and beverage staple to keep in the pantry year round.

I really love the product. Have been using this for a while now as husband and my family. I really like how you can make different things were there. I made a chocolate brownie, as well as a chocolate double fudge fudge cake with it as well. It is super Louis gooey and chewy and really amazing.

I've baked with Herseys cocoa ever since I learned to cook.. My grandmother baked with Hersheys unsweetened cocoa as well.. I have a mini recipe pamphlet that belonged to grandma from Hershey, circa 1940. I use it now to make single serve cups of hot cocoa. YUMMY.

I have used this product on butter cream. I tried it because I saw it in a YouTube video. The result I was expecting is getting a darker color. It did the work and at the same time it gave my butter cream a chocolate flavor. That was the best outcome. Got my butter cream to look darker and tastier!

Reviewed in the United States on November 2, 2019 Here’s a delicious, chewy, and healthful chocolate OATMEAL COOKIE-GRANOLA recipe that’s so simple, pure and quick, you won’t believe! Just 3 ingredients! And the quantity of each will depend on your personal taste. In a mixing bowl, pour in Honey and add Hershey’s unsweetened Cocoa. Stir until smooth. Then add a generous amount of Quaker Quick Oats and mix thoroughly until blended into the thick chocolate/honey mix. Spoon out bite-size chunks into a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool. (These amazing "cookie-granola bites" can also be enjoyed without baking!) For variation, try adding raisins and/or chopped almonds. Goes great with a large glass of cold almond milk. Happy snacking! (PS: I invented this when I was in a hurry and needed something sweet to curb my hunger. I hadn’t gone shopping yet, and all I had left in the house was honey, cocoa, and oats :)

One item in my pantry is always Hershey’s Coca! We use it for baking, to mix our own Hot Chocolate and to make other yummy treats.
