I enjoy using Hershey's cocoa powder to bake with and cook with I use it in my no-bake cookies they come out very good I also sometimes use it in cheesecake. There's nothing that I dislike about this product there's nothing that I needed to know about this product before using it it's pretty self-explanatory and I would definitely recommend this product Hershey's baking cocoa is very tasty my next project is I would like to try it as a rub for meat you mix the Hershey's cocoa and expresso powder and rub it on meat I think that would be good

I bake .. a lot.. and this cocoa is just so easy to work with, smooth, and perfectly chocolate. I always sift my cocoa before use to eliminate the inevitable clumps - but both the flavor and texture of Hersey's cocoa is much better than any others I've tried. Love it!

It's only used for baking and I don't bake alot it's not expensive but I don't like it. I honestly will never need it unless it is sweet if they sweetened it it would be so much better. I made the mistake of putting it in chocolate milk and talk about bad. No I wouldn't recommend to others because I don't know anyone that bakes

I use it to make hot chocolate, I also add it to sweet recipes for cakes and cookies, I like that it is pure unsweetened cocoa therefore it has that dark chocolate flavor that I am looking for, as it is unsweetened it does not add more sweetness to the mix.

We are definitely a Hershey's family! I always believed that some products can easily be substituted with generic. And some should not! For the slightly higher price I believe the quality makes Hershey's the better value. We love the rich chocolate taste of Hershey's products, whether it be the cocoa powder or the syrup. I grew up in a household where we did not use instant cocoa packets. My mother would mix Hershey's Cocoa with sugar and keep it in a jar in the cupboard. I have always done the same! I also use this in all of my baking!

I absolutely love using Hershey's cocoa whenever I'm baking compared to the other cocoa options available it makes all the difference to use the Hershey's. It enhances the chocolate taste significantly and my family says when I make it for birthday cakes that it's the best that they've ever had... They never said that before I switched to Hershey's. I would definitely recommend this for baking especially since it's available at most stores and it's delicious. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I would much prefer that they use more natural ingredients while still keeping their signature Hershey's taste. There are a lot of ingredients in there that they could take out or use more organic versions of instead which would make me more likely use it more often and then I will be able to bake more often in that case so if they did that it would be perfect.
