Flavor is delicious. Pure chocolate taste, not too sweet or bitter. Prefer to mix with milk and condense milk. Suitable to bake a chocolate cake.

I have used this in making brownies and cakes but also perfect for hot chocolate if you like a more bitter kind. Blends great!
