Amazing to make chocolate foods like cookies. The taste is just like real Cocoa and don't try to taste it alone. The taste is very bitter.

Very good for hot chocolate and baking. I can tell the difference when I use the generic. I highly recommend this product.

Hersheys cocoa power is a great product. I personally use it for cooking chocolate gravy. It gets a little clumpy at first but its easy to work out.

I used it to make brownies and hot chocolate and it gives a very strong chocolate flavor with a small amount of product.

When I want hot chocolate but less calories I use this with milk and some low calorie sugar option. It gets my craving just right
