This product was shipped to my home. When I received it, the product was open inside the box, and the majority of the powder came out of the box.

I will never purchase another brand. The flavor is phenomenal. I use this product for frosting, cakes, cookies, and homemade ice cream.

I had two containers shipped to me and thankfully both of mine arrived unopened and nicely packed! I only use Hershey's as it's the best!!

Worst packaging ever! The product is tasty, but it is impossible to open the safety seal without spraying powder everywhere.

If you are going to buy a good cocoa, Hershey's knows chocolate! So buy the best (and it makes for the best chocolate cake).

When this item arrived it was demolished. Please replace. It was all over all of the other products that were ordered.
