I have baked with Hershey's cocoa for years and I love it, and I wouldn't use anything else. The texture and the aroma is always the same.  I wouldn't use anything else. 

every time i make mexican hot chocolate i add a little bit of this cocoa and it comes out soooo good !! it’s also just multipurpose for many desserts!
