I grew up on this when my mom made mayonnaise cake which is chocolate cake from scratch and she used Hershey's Cocoa. Good for making stuff from scratch and not expensive.

This is one of the single products that actually works for baking. All of the other ones are lightly colored. I do use it eject single time when I am baking a cake and always the color is the expected one

Love this brand of cocoa! Works well in baked goods but even better in hot cocoa! The special dark variety of this cocoa in particular is divine and adds a lot of rich chocolatey flavor.
