This is the brand I use and trust for all my chocolate flavored baking needs. It has a nice and rich flavor profile but obviously can be sweetened with sugar or your favorite sweetener.

Anytime I need to bake I grab Hershey's Cocoa. I believe it has the best flavor and I can count on my cake, cookies or frosting to taste amazing. I believe in store brands for some things but not when it comes to the cocoa I use.

I use this in my avocado chocolate pudding. Also in my hersheys chocolate cake . The recipe is on the box and it truly is the best chocolate cake. If you need to add chocolate to any recipe this is consistently good.

i wasn’t sure about using this for a chocolate cake recipe(versus higher quality cocoa). But I decided to since had on hand and cake turned out delicious, as good as when made with more expensive cocoa.
