I always grab for this when making chocolate cake from scratch. Whips perfectly into my buttercream too! Yum yum! Obviously, not tasty on its own. So don't taste it without adding it into baking items. It's bitter. Just a warning :)

This stuff is great for baking. Not sure what else one would do with it. It has a mildly sweet flavor that could be enhanced with added sugar or semisweet chocolate chips if you wanted more sweetness.

This is an alright product. It's just like normal cocoa so it's kinda ridiculous that it's more expensive with worse ingredients. I would recommend buying something else.
