I didnot like that it took a while to be shipped; however the product is delicious in baking and use in other ways.

I have tried several other brands and none stand up to Hershey’s. The value at Sam’s is by far the best bang for your buck.

Hersheys Natural Unsweetened powdery consistency and cocoa flavor is great to use when baking. Leaves no residue, acidity, and worth trying. I use this when I make my chocolate cake every time and it comes amazing..

Just to help anyone else purchasing this item, it is one 23oz canister. Not 12 of them. (I haven't cracked it open yet, so the 3 stars is only because of the misinformation.)

I love the taste. And i also like that it can use it in different deserts and also hot chocolate for Christmas. It melts quickly and have a good flavor.

If you are looking at buying baking cocoa than you most likely have already used this before. I cannot compare it to any other products as I only use Hershey's Cocoa and refuse to use anything else. This is by far the best deal I could find.

I love this because its great for making for making hot cocoa at home which is perfect in the winter season, and great for making chocolate milk in summer! It's clean, the packaging is easy, and it tastes great.
