I use this to concoct my own mocha powder for espresso. This item from Sam's is the best deal I've found and Hershey's is better than the other brands I've tried.

Packaging is horrible! Had to buy 2 of this products! One of Hershey Cocoa exploded inside the box because the seal is opened! Had to throw it away upon opening the box

Destroyed my order when the container was busted open because there was no packing materials included. I still haven’t gotten it off the bags of coffee or other container of cocoa. The boxed also leaked all over my living room when I brought it in.

Both containers came in zip lock bags because the original container was damage. Cocoa was everywhere!!! Very upset - because my Sams Club in Grand Junction doesn’t have this product in there store. Not sure who to contact.

It's plain cocoa, no sugar, add your favorite sweetener. I use organic stevia in those tiny bottles with the tiny scoop and one tbls of cocoa for hot chocolate.

I use the Unsweetened Cocoa Chocolate in my home made Mocha Chappuccino, it intensifies the Cocoa flavor (which I like) and cuts the sugar of the other ingredients.

I use this Hershey's Cocoa for hot chocolate. This large 23 oz. size (vs. 8oz) is perfect for me since I use it regularly . I love that it is 100% cacao. Sam's Club is the only place I have found this convenient large size.

Broken container cocoa powder all over everything…. I contacted customer service they agreed to send a replacement…They Have NOT… Very UNHAPPY with shipping.

Upon opening 1st shipment. cocoa powder was everywhere. Both conntainers had been damaged in shipment. I called Sam's online order and they immediately sent another order.
