Wow! I have used the Hersey brand of cocoa (cocao) for years! I use it to make homemade hot cocoa, I use it in smoothies and ice cream and when baking.

This is great for baking! I prefer it to store brand due to the high quality. It is not good on its own but a very nice baking / mixing chocolate. The price is affordable as well.

Whats not to love. It always make cakes, breads, and cookies taste and even smell better and its always very fresh in the container and easy to store.
