When you bake for the first time and don’t know which brand of cocoa to buy or unsure how the taste would turn out, this is the safest. You could smell the cocoa as soon as you open the seal, even after sitting in your cabinet for sometimes, it does not loose too much of it fragrant and the container does not attract a lot of statics that would cause powder to fly everywhere.

Tried chocolate gravy for the first time one Sunday morning, when a friend of mine‘s mom made it. I was totally out of my element, because who eats chocolate on biscuits… Yes, it’s a southern thing. But I can say after being raised in the north and having never tried this, it is something that I will eat over and over again, and choose almost every time, other than strawberry waffles. If you need a recipe look it up online and you will find many as long as it includes this Hershey’s cocoa. It is phenomenal go give it a try.

When I first got this I wanted to use it for things like brownies and cakes, and it did it’s job. But it was just ok. The brownies turned out crumbly and a bit flavorless, and I know that it’s not just my recipe, as I have tried other cacao powders in the past. I wouldn’t buy again, but it’s not terrible either.

I use this for so many different things. The taste is great. Just right and absolutely perfect. Texture is good and mixes well. Packaging is nice and eye catching. For what all you can do with it the value is good. I use it for chocolate milk and lots of different recipes that calls for chocolate. I would highly recommend this product.

Hershey's Cocoa is my go to for baking. It exceeds my expectations every time I get a new container. consistent in color, flavor, texture, density from can to can I always know what to expect and know how my baked goods will turn out. Dark, rich and chocolately it is perfect for brownies, chocolate cake and for making frostings and hot chocolate.

This product is really great to use when baking imo it would taste better if it was sweetened. The quality is just okay I have had and used better cocoa powders. The packaging could be better. The lid constantly comes off and isn’t a tight seal so watch out for that if you have little ones who love to help make things … I have cleaned this up off my floors plenty of times lol
