You'll fall asleep fast and wake up refreshed

Helps very much as a sleep aid.

Helps get a good nights sleep

It really helps me to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed!

I do NOT take the cup full...no need.......tablespoon is plenty...be careful.

Works good. Take about an hour before I'm ready for sleep. Fall asleep fast.

always works pretty quickly too

I like the taste I like the slow and easy of falling asleep

Definitely helps put me to sleep

ZzzQuil is amazing at helping me fall asleep and is NON-habit forming.
