The product works or I wouldn't keep using it. But what amazed me about this purchase was the delivery. I ordered it on December 11. December 12th I was watching TV and the doorbell rang. By the time I got to the door a woman was getting in her car in my driveway. She had delivered my Sam's Club order! Now that is service to be applauded.
