Worked like its supposed to!!!

Works good. Take about an hour before I'm ready for sleep. Fall asleep fast.

It works when you're in a pinch but not a good long term plan

its ok but alot of alcohol. kinda groggy in the morning

I been able to sleep and more so I stey sleep, during my sleep time...

this was the only things that helped me sleep almost immediately. i definitely recommend.
