This is the only sleep aid I use now. It works great. One added benefit is the ease of opening the bottle.

I buy this for my husband because he struggles to sleep at night and he says it actually helps him fall asleep rather quickly too and he doesn't feel groggy in the am when waking up

It costs too much, but it does work. Unfortunately I have a problem of not just going to sleep, but going back to sleep after my many bathroom calls. This stuff does seem to help.
