Haven't slept through the night in months, took this for the first time last night and i slept through the night atleast 6 hours straight before waking, i am very groggy though and feel like i could go back to sleep but i gotta get up for work! doesn't taste great, woke up groggy but did work!

Of course I just have to make sure I take the right one at the right time, but they are color coordinated, haha! These are easy to take with a glass of water and make me feel better not too long after taking them

In one bottle of ZzzQuil you get six 50 mg doses of diphenhydramine for $4.47. This comes to 75 cents per dose. I can get generic diphenhydramine online or at the Dollar General store, 600 25 mg tablets for $9.29. If I take two tabs, it costs only 3 cents per dose to get exactly the same amount of exactly the same active ingredient. And it doesn't have much effect either way.

I took ZzzQuill as directed. It took about an hour after swallowing the medicine —-but boy was I sick! The room was spinning. I could hardly walk. I felt nauseous. I never went to sleep. I kind of hung on until morning. The next day I couldn’t get out of bed. I slept 12 hrs straight. I will never ever take this medicine again.

I bought this because i struggle a lot to fall asleep. I like this because is not strong enough to keep you inconscient-like during the night, it just helps you to fall asleep. This product combined with ear plugs = a really good night sleep!! In my case, I can sleep good if happens that I don't drink it one night, it doesn't mess your sleep and it doesn't makes you an addict to it.

I have a lot of sleep problems and I don't like to take any one thing for too long. I also have absorption issues so I need something liquid or sublingual. This covers all the bases and works well and fasts. It doesn't taste bad, not great lol but not bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Getting into the full swing of summer I tend to catch a cold here or there more often since we go from cold to extremely hot in no time living in the midwest. These capsules are easy to take and seem to work quickly. I do perfer the nighttime over the daytime but that's just my preference, I feel they help me more at night while I'm laying down then when I'm up and about doing stuff in the day. These have no taste and leave no after taste, I just take and can continue on with my day. These don't leave me feeling drowsy and I can take them and still function and do everything I normally would. I like that this package has both day and night time it makes since to always have both on hand.
